CEO of Sam Bell Body, Samuel Bell is a Fitness Trainer, Personal Chef, and Nutrition Consultant. Graduating from NPTI (National Personal Training Institute), a personal fitness-training program. Sam landed a job at Spectrum, a premiere gym facility in Canoga Park/Woodland Hills, CA. By combining his new knowledge of personal training and his already acquired knowledge of nutrition, Sam was able to develop his own healthy living company, Sam Bell Body. With a new lease on life and a new approach to healthy living, Sam'’s enthusiasm and physical training expertise combined with his knowledge about food and food groups has enabled him to develop a huge clientele, which includes many Hollywood celebrities such as, Comedienne Luenell (Borat, Katt Williams American Hustle), rapper Ray J, R&B Singer newcomer Alfred Jackson, WC (pronounced Dub C), Khloe Kardashian, NBA basketball player Gary Grant, Former ABA basketball player David Henderson, Mark Jackson of Jus Marks Salon, and many business executives. Sam often trains with friend and mentor Mike Sable (Mr. Universe, Mr. World and Mr. America title holder). Sam is a natural teacher and motivator and knows how to cater to a variety of body types, including the full figured woman. He understands their need for a more sensitive approach. Sam also has a natural love for fashion, which he shows on and off the runway. Protein shake with Berries Recipe serves 2 Prep Time: 5 minCook time: Ingredients 1-1/2 scoop whey protein powder ½ tsp glutamine 4 oz apple juice 4 oz water 8 frozen strawberries ¼ cup fresh blue berries ¼ cup fresh raspberries 1 small banana Directions In a blender place all the above ingredients and blend until smooth texture and serve.

Easy Guacamole Recipe Serves 4Prep Time: 10 min Ingredients 2 ripe avocados ¼ bunch fresh cilantro, leaves chopped fined ¼ medium red onion, diced 1 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced 1 jalapeno pepper, stemmed, seeded and finely diced1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice Sea salt or kosher salt and pepper to taste Directions Cut the avocados into halves and remove the seeds. Peel the avocados and place in a mixing bowl. Mash avocados with a potato masher or fork until chunky. Add the remainingingredients and mix with a fork.

Pineapple Salsa Recipe Serves 6 Prep Time: 10 minCook Time: Ingredients 1 cup diced, fresh pineapple ¼ cup diced red onion ½ cup diced red pepper 1 jalapeno chili pepper, seeded and diced 1 tbsp chopped cilantro 1 tbsp fresh lime juice Sea salt or Kosher salt to taste Black pepper to taste Directions Combine all of the ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Store in the refrigerator for up to4 – 6 hours before serving. Serve as a condiment with grilled chicken or fish.

Broccoli Saute with Red bell peppers, Garlic and Olive Oil Recipe Serves 4 Prep time: 5 minCook time: 5 min Ingredients 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp minced garlic 1 small red bell pepper, julieene cut 4 cups broccoli florets ½ cup low sodium chicken broth Salt to taste Black pepper to taste Directions Heat the olive oil in a 10” skillet over medium low heat. Add the garlic and red bell peppers and cook for 1 minute. Add the broccoli, low sodium, chicken broth, salt and pepper and let cook until broccoli becomes tender. Remove from skillet and serve.

Baked Wild King Salmon Recipe Serves 4 Prep Time: 5 minCook Time: 12-15min Ingredients 4 salmon fillets, 4-5 ounces each1 tbsp olive oilBlack pepper, groundSea salt or kosher salt to taste Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F Brush the salmon fillets with oil and season with salt and pepper. Place the seasoned fillets on a non stick baking sheet. Bake the salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side. Placed the fillets on warmed plates and served immediately. Note: Thin fillets take less time and thicker fillets take more time.
